Is anyone else getting “This question & answer are only visible by you” when they ask a question? This seems to be something new. Anyone know why they started doing this? I used to enjoy the passive aggressive ticking off I got for asking questions they didn’t really want to answer!

If so they have been doing it for quite a while. more than a year

I think this message sits there until they answer the question and at that time they decide if it’s worthy of others seeing. Only starting seeing this with the new platform.

I've just noticed in loan #1054 that the response says "We aim to have an answer or, at the very least, a further update on progress within the next five working days."
I'm sure this used to be 3 working days or am I imagining things?
Edit: Also checked the Q&A FAQ and that says 5 days too, maybe I've never seen a response involving a 3rd party specifying an exact timescale.

No, you're not imaging 3 working days.
I'm currently waiting on a reply to a Q&A Question I raised on loan #779 back on 11/7. When I raised the Question, it auto-generated a response of "Thank you for your question. Please be advised that it has been sent to the Assetz Capital team who will respond within 3-working days.". Despite that - or the 5 day limit - AC just ignoring it despite me prompting them twice for a reply.
Re '3rd party' comments, I've seen AC use that in the past when it meant "we have to get a response from another team within AC, rather than a party external to AC"
