I set up a regular weekly withdrawal some months ago that I'd like to cancel, but I can't find where to do it. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

From your account: Click "Withdraw" on left hand side. Click the green "Withdraw to Bank Account" button. Click the green "Next" button on the Auto Withdrawal page. This takes you to the Auto Withdraw to My Bank Account page. Then in the text hit the "click here" link where it says "If you want to cancel this click here to do so.". They don't seem to make anything easy or logical. PS: I can't think why anyone would want to cancel a withdrawal from RS 😄

Well that was intuitive! Thanks Ace.
Don't worry, I'm only canceling the auto part, the withdrawals will continue! My balance is low enough that they were often small enough that they did more harm to my OCD than they did good to my bank balance.

Something else that is only available to a select group of investors I thought it was open to all investors, but only Everyday not ISA. Is that not the case?

It's available to my E/D but not my ISA so looks like you are correct. I'm guessing though that this might not be relevant for newer products Access/Plus/Max if one cannot easily set returns to move to holding as in the older products.

I cannot see any mention of it on their site.
