Advertised as 6.5% throughout 2019, retrospective cut at the start of 2020 and now down to below 2%, the other years seem to be just below 4%.

6.5% was clearly a lie for all that time - especially since they took most of it (retrospectively) of us, that sold out once we realised just how bad things had become.
I wonder how many people were enticed to join and invest during last year because it was advertised as 6.5%. It almost seems like fraudulent behaviour in restrospect.
