Perhaps we should start a thread in "General" so all platforms can confirm their calculation as I feel it's important that lenders know they're comparing like for like figures. I would hope that all platforms are already using the same methodology but it doesn't hurt to check. Good idea.

Yeah, that's been the problem with two of my "general cross platform threads" . Still, you did contribute constructively to the last one!

chris Mark, thanks for adding the "withdrawal processed" notification option. It would be excellent if we could have an option to be notified by email if our MLIA cash balance falls below a user-defined figure (which would encourage us to add more funds to our AC accounts )

A very minor thing, but sometimes I've asked a question on the QA and somebody has done some real work to check / confirm / clarify something by way of response. I'd like to be able to "tick" the answer to say "thanks, that answered my question". As it is it just feels a little rude to not (be able to) acknowledge the work they've done .

It would be great if there was a transaction summary report we could run, perhaps monthly or for a selected date range, showing a total of purchases by loan, sales by loan, and net investment in each of the QAA/GEIA/GBBA etc.

chrisCould the 'print tax report' button generate a PDF instead of a web page so it can be saved without having to screenshot?

chris Could the 'print tax report' button generate a PDF instead of a web page so it can be saved without having to screenshot? I want to rewrite that whole part of the system - it's too slow at the moment and recalculates every time its run rather than caching any of the data. So as part of that eventual rewrite I'll try and build this in.

In the light of continuous discussions about multiple decimal places I feels this bit in the T&Cs could do with an update 5.1 Each Loan is divided into Loan Units as specified on the Website in a minimum amount of £20.

I've given a list of things to legal to change in the T&Cs that have become outdated as we've evolved the platform, this being one of them. It's being worked through.

Hope youre not paying by the hour! When did that one become out of date, 18 months ago with the new site launch? Thats a lot of long lawyer lunches not to have got round to it yet

Can you show paused instructions please. I want to stop reinvesting for a short period so that I can withdraw some repayments, and I've had to pause most of my 'buy' instructions. Now I can't see where I had a buy instruction set up, so when I come to reinstate them I think I will have to go through every loan to find them.
My suggestion is - keep the display of "your instruction", but also show a pause icon if it's paused. This will also help where a loan has been temporarily suspended, and then unsuspended but paused.

Could be something as simple as paused instructions being shown struckthrough buy £25 or a different colour - sell 25 - orange maybe(same colour for buy & sell as they are already identified

Keeping paused instructions visible but in orange is an excellent idea.

Keeping paused instructions visible but in orange is an excellent idea. Orange is a bright colour, and seems to suggest something "active" - maybe grey would be better (perhaps with strikethrough?) [Parkinson's Law of Triviality]
