I would certainly like a 'linked account' for withdrawals & deposits. The current option gives an opportunity for funds to be sent to any bank account as long as the password is known. Designated bank accounts is a feature that should be live within the next handful of weeks. It's coded just undergoing wider testing. chris, I see when making a withdrawal today this is still not in place despite many user requests for this going back to 2013. Can you supply an update please.

Filtering the list of loans for those with trading suspended would be useful.

Would it be possible for the "Browse Loans" download csv files to contain an LTV column? Thanks... Bump

Only loan money if ltv is 60% or below. That is what assetz should be aiming for.

The point of low LTV is not that it will ensure a loan will be "perform", ie repaid according to plan, the point of low LTV is that if it all goes wrong that by selling off the security we won't lose. (or not by as much as we would otherwise)

Suggestion: remove the panel for the completed "THE 90-DAY ACCESS ACCOUNT CASHBACK" promotion, so that there is space for all 3 of the currently-active promotions in the "Current Promotions" section without having to click arrows.
Alternative: When I make my browser window wide enough to allow 4 promotions to be seen at once, make use of this space, rather than having a narrow layout in the middle of the browser window.
Alternative 2: add a "Completed Promotions" section to contain this and also the add in details of all similar promotions that had previously been completed.

The current facility is a definate disadvantage for those withdrawing monthly income - it's a very time consuming nuisance.
The other P2P sites I use now send my interest automatically to my bank one step further on from a linked account and very convenient!

This was raised last September, but AC needs to consistently use loan numbers when referring to a borrower's other loans in credit reports.
Ideally, the summary of terms shown at the beginning of every credit report should also include a list of active and repaid loans for the borrower (or principal in the case of SPVs).

My Dashboard / My Promotions section currently shows two cashback promotions.
The first one specifically headlines "INVEST NEW FUNDS VIA ANY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT AND EARN 1% CASHBACK".
There is no indication that these promotions are closed until the T&C's link is clicked and the promo details are examined.
Both of these should be highlighted "Closed to Further Investment".

chris - could I just ask again whether this might be possible, or is anywhere on the radar? Ta... It's on the radar but unfortunately we have over 300 items on our to do list at the moment with priorities being dictated at board level. The IT department will be growing somewhat in the new year so hopefully we'll be starting to catch up and starting to be more proactive again. Has this broken out of the bottom 100 yet, chris? (Refers to a plea for an LTV column in downloaded Loan Book CSVs)

I'm working on restructuring some things within our team to help pick up the pace on the website but can't make any promises yet.
