Sounds like a bug. The system shouldn't remember historic settings in that way. Will have to investigate. Done it again. Has randomly decided not to withdraw an interest repayment but has withdrawn capital for same loan and all other payments on same day. Nothing to do with previous settings as previously guessed. Looks like a bug. Loan 211 10/6 Okay will take another look at it over the next week.

Would it be possible for the "Browse Loans" download csv files to contain an LTV column? Thanks...

Deshrapnelator Might it be possible on the MLIA activity report to have some filters eg Principal Repayments, Interest, LoanPart purchase, only amounts over £10 would be my favourite and so on. something which allows us to see the trees without being blinded by splinters
Thanks
PS Should have posted it here in the first place, sorry

This would make account management and monitoring much quicker. Now that there is an increasing amount of competition for lenders from the growing number of P2P sites I think AC would do well to ensure they provide lenders with the tools they need. What do you think chris?

I may be missing something, but on the notifications setting you don't seem to be able to check an option to notify you when something has occurred on the "Activity" tab. Am I right in this? If so it would be a good idea to provide something like this......

Yes, & the "Loan Q&A Updated" notification doesn't seem to work (I have it checked & don't recall ever receiving any email notification.) +1 here to either or both of shimself & niceguy37's above suggestions. Also chris could we have a global PAUSE/UNPAUSE (& ideally CANCEL) buy/sell instructions button? Took quite a while to do this manually loan by loan this morn! Doubt I was the only one clicking away back & forth. And doubt it will be the last time we’ll be wanting to use it.

Hi Chris, any progress on this one? I guess it didn't make "today" Thanks. Nope, missed the today slot. It's coded and ready to deploy but we ran out of time to test it. Hopefully this week but I'm absolutely drowning in requests at the moment. Bump

chris How about an tick box option on the MLIA statement to include / exclude sweeping in & out transactions, so that lenders can see the wood for the trees, please?

I just put in a request to withdraw £200 from the GEIA. Was impressed with the speed of withdrawal - about 5 mins - but only £199.97 in cash account and nothing waiting for withdrawal. I have put in another request to withdraw £0.03. That took about 10 mins to be actioned. It would be helpful if £200 meant £200 when a withdrawal is requested.

Your balance may be £200, but if some of that is in loans which are suspended from trading, that part of the balance can't be released.

The problem is a rounding one. It shouldn't be too difficult to solve. Is it chris? If I go into the bank and ask for £200 from my account I don't expect to be 3p short and have to go in again and ask for a 3p withdrawal.

Could we have a flag for those loans in, or to be included in, the geia/gbba on drawdown. To be honest, i expect to gain a bow wave of returned funds from repayments and finding temporary homes where the extra liquidity of the managed funds at a lower rate of interest while waiting for better offers would be useful. In the short term could you publish on the forum the criteria for inclusion in the above funds so i can work out where to invest. Thanks

Please make the reports intelligible to little old ladies. Show a running balance for a start. Clarify inter account transactions. In fact just make it like any other account in the world, debits, credits and balance. Is that so hard?

I suggested to Assetz recently that because of the way that the system works there are many many transactions most of which are of very little interest and it would be helpful to have a filter on the Cash and MLIA accounts to make it easier to reconcile transfers in and out.
The response was:
"You can download an Excel version of the statements for each account and filter these as you would like. One thing you will need to bear in mind is that lenders have the option to deposit funds into any of the accounts on the platform but they can only withdraw (i.e. a withdrawal to a bank account) from the Cash Account. To get an idea of the total number of deposits and withdrawals your account has produced you will need to export the data from all of the investment accounts you are using."
Helpfully, the response also included a complete list of deposits and withdrawals.
