I am looking to sort loans into type, sme/bridge/dfl etc, in order to make allocation of funds easier. As the filter buttons on the loan book do not work currently I suggest reinstating them as a minimum. Further, I would like to see which loans are elligible for which automatic fund. This would allow evaluation of going overweight in a particular type of loan when assessing the loan book in the mla. It could also solve the first point as well as one could make assumptions. For instance a wind turbine is most likely to be in the green account. These are rough sorting criteria and further detailed analysis would be needed within the grouping to decide the riskiness of a particular loan asset security, amongst other things. Any thoughts or current ways of achieving the above please? Yes some good points there. I've just remembered that MLA is due an upgrade, so they almost certainly must include this sort of stuff... Wasn't there some sort of possible compliance issue where there was a concern that if AC told Users boldly on each of the loans in which of the packaged accounts this loan might appear Users would try to mimic those accounts. If that possible compliance issue wasn't sorted out AC might still say if a loan is in an account but it might need to hunted down, perhaps in the Q&A or in the small print rather than front & centre.

Good point Ton ⓉⓞⓃ but without the proportion of the fund that specific loans form how would one be able to mimic the particular account accurately?

Add an option to "Report Late Interest Payment" against each loan.
This option should be separate from the Q&A option, and should not change the last updated date.
There are so many Q&A questions, typically "loan xyz interest is now 7 days late, what are you going to do about it", followed by the AC reply saying that "it has now been paid".
It distracts from keeping track of important loan updates.

Can we have a filter to list loans offered at a discount?
Please chris , would be an easy win.

It’s pretty unusual for loans offered at a discount to last long enough to appear on a filtered list. MLA lenders will often set multiple orders to wait for and buy anything offered at a discount. Put another way, if an AC loan has parts available at a discount for any period of time, there’s probably a good reason why ...

The "Live Chat" prompt sometimes obstructs detail and hinders processing. An easy amendment could be made to "hide" the prompt till the next time the user signs on.
As shown by the red "Hide" button below.

Thats nicely thought out. Visuals help a lot.
But meanwhile, I use "Ghostery" (google it) and it does the job perfectly (and stops ads/popups).

New filter options on the loans list, combined with the ability to place buy and sell orders from that page directly seem a huge improvement to me, and I've started bothering to place orders that were previously too time consuming.
One glaring omission from the filter options, however, is that there's no way to filter out loans where trading is suspended - I keep on getting these (unwanted) in my results with no way to filter them out. Any chance of adding a filter option for this?

Until very recently downloaded documents such as credit reports, valuations etc had gobbledygook names eg 38473984727320707.pdf They now have meaningful names eg Credit Report.pdf. The problem is that of course there will be many documents bearing the same name. Can I suggest if you are going to stick to meaningful names you prefix them with the loan number thus making them unique, and easier to find (I keep those that I deem important). Thanks

It would be nice to have a "My MLIA Loan Activity" report screen. This would show details of updates to any loans held in the lenders MLIA account, sequenced by reverse date order, and allowing the option of showing further details for each loan. ======================================================================================================

2 part authorisation. Well ok fair enough. My bank in France is clever in that when the message pops up on my phone, the code is the first part of the message, so I don't have to unlock the phone and open message to see the code. You're clever as well aren't you?
