I noticed Wagamama back in the market at ~8% yield the other day, only a couple of years left to maturity.
I was tempted but to me, casual dining is the next high street retail - too many restaurant chains blowing up, and even 'trendy' Wagamama could be next.
I would say in this environment, redemption at par in a year would be a windfall?!
