Has anyone been able to get any kind of reply from Property Moose?
I would like to know what is happening with the listing of UK diversified on the exchange. It really shouldn't take that long and I am concerned that despite many emails, I have not received a reply.

Perhaps it might be an idea to unwind the whole portfolio and give the money back to investors instead?

How much was the discount you sold at? about 20 -25 % discount on the open market value, on average across my portfolio

That's not too bad. But I think unless they are seriously messing around with the costs (and skimming expenses etc), the valuations should be (theoretically) higher now. Of course, it's of not much use, especially since no one seems to be replying...
