received email yesterday that this loan has been repaid in full with interest but nothing has been credited to my account. info on loan is saying loan repaid but yesterdays update says allowing borrower more time. waiting for reply from kuflink

I Tuesday 1st Sept had the same, e-mail before loan capital repayment and interest had been actioned. Did appear in the account yesterday the 2nd Sept.
I did send a email to Kuflink, I seem to send rather a lot of emails with little complaints. Number for currently invested amount is incorrect, they missed deducting the small part repayments of capital.
I use compound my interest now, to save having little amount of interest, but the recent 6month extension you can't do that. Layout is very bad on many pages.
Then yesterday I did a bank transfer top up, had email telling be wallet had been top-up. Went to the account and the funds weren't there, they did appear later in the wallet, then went in to reserve on of the loans, and the amount available wasn't that in the wallet, but just a capital repayment and interest still without the top-up, I like to round up things to the £100 min investment per loan. The full amount did become available a little later, when reserving loans.
I'm not stopping using K but, the platform website doesn't give me much confidence in increasing my investments, and is low compared with other platforms, every time I just hit that new little issue.
1 Sept had to do the annual AML check, and had to use a different browser the formatting on my normal firefox browser lost most of the messages / prompts, and had to switch over to chrome. Check did complete, and all valid for another year, another of those little issues to contend with that keep popping up.

I agree. The website badly needs a redesign with some lender input. I can't believe that there still isn't a "Total current value of account" shown prominently on the dashboard.
