I noticed the same thing, I think I would have noticed if it was there before. Just tried another withdrawal and it does the same.

I got the same message a couple of days ago, but everything went through as normal

There used to be a feedback popup on withdrawal asking for reasons. I never really looked at it, just skipped it.
However, that popup isn't there any more. I would bet that the next page still expects a response from that missing popup, hence the error message.
It's been happening for a few days and the withdrawals have still worked just fine for me.

There may come a time when that error message equals bad news, but in the meantime, as long as the withdrawals are accepted and go to my bank account, I’ll ignore it.
Currently, I view my Access account as playing Russian Roulette with 3 bullets in the chamber of a six-shooter, I look forward to removing 2 of those three and reducing the odds from 50% to 16.6%, notwithstanding, I'm thoroughly p'd off, that’s a risk I might be able to accept.
BTW…For the benefit of Wild West enthusiasts, I removed the one in the barrel, a long time ago.
