Just be aware that although they are same day transactions (before cut off which is some time early afternoon) they are not instant. Withdrawals usually appear 1530ish.

I need to login to Chase and figure if I need to do anything. I've already got an easy access saver at 5.1% until Nov2024.

Right then who uses Charter Savings Bank ? Requested a withdrawal from their (not so) easy access saver yesterday about 1pm and I'm still waiting. Don't tell me they shut at weekends.
Had enough of their provincial processes.
Fixed saver maturity option only allows full amount and interest to be either re-invested or withdrawn, have they never heard of income ?
There is an option to split maturity into more than one account but it still doesn't state where the interest goes and of course unlike other places it doesn't tell me what the interest will be, lost interest and withdrawing it all.

I have recently found out some chase customers can’t open 5.1% booster account because they already have too much money deposited with Chase

I have recently found out some chase customers can’t open 5.1% booster account because they already have too much money deposited with Chase That has been scrapped, everyone is eligible for booster now. It is still not good enough for me to deposit a significant sum because I have several 5.2% easy access accounts, but I keep some money there for convenience, I use Chase debit card for shopping.

Likewise, I still have access to those 5.2% accounts. But it’s interesting to learn one family member can’t get the account opened because the saving balance was already over eligible limit before 2nd May. It’s weird I can open one because that’s I didn’t save with Chase much around the qualifying period.

I have been going through my saving accounts to see if there are any changes worth making, I find I can still get 5% instant access (some have limited number of withdrawals) from account not available for new customers and 5.1% from Chase but the app does not work on my Phone even though it works on another phone with the same version of Android. Most of the new regular savings accounts I found that I do not have pay in the 5.25% - 5.75% range, already have First Direct at 7% and Nationwide Flex Regular Saver at 6.5%. However Principality have a 6 Month Regular Saver at 8% AER for £200 pm.

But it only allows to save £50 per month
