I only jumped in recently (6 weeks ago) and already seen the raise of interest. At some point I thought I've made a mistake using "boosted pots", but very quickly they've adjusted the rates which made my "pots" to be in a very good position.

How did you find out about this new rate? I learned this from your post 😅 I received an email from them at 3.15 pm yesterday. Mine came at 15:30. This increase wasn't a response to competitors' increase, issue 3 was already the highest on the market, Al Rayan tends to keep ahead of the game. I'm expecting further increases from other providers soon. I won't be surprised if Zopa will announce an increase soon. It wasn't long ago when Chase offered a revolutionary 1.5%... Very fast race.

I've been using this site for checking rate changes. www.moneysupermarket.com/savings/goals/It's not the best but it seems to be quite fast in being able to see whats available and new. You do have to fill in some settings and it might keep asking for login but i've never logged in just used its tools to find current changes.

Moneysupermarket is not very good for checking rates. 1.76% as a top rate is misleading. Top rates for instant access atm are: Al Rayan | 2.1%
| Zopa
| 1.81%
| Shawbrook
| 1.81%
| Secure Trust Bank
| 1.8% |
I use www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/#easyaccess , it's much more up to date.

I use www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/#easyaccess , it's much more up to date. df , thanks for checking it out, I'm sure what you were looking at on the link I gave is just the default options. You do have to set it for your needs as they do default to only companies they can act through!. So the list i had when i posted suggested the following top items (as of today now the same list). Al Rayan Bank, 2.1% Variable Min £5,000 Max N/A Gatehouse Bank. Interest Rate (AER) 2% Variable Min £1 Max £250,000 Cynergy Bank Interest Rate (AER) 1.85% Variable Min £1 Max £1,000,000 Shawbrook Bank Interest Rate (AER) 1.81% Variable Deposit Min £1,000 Max £85,000 ZopaSmart Saver Interest Rate (AER) 1.81% Variable Min £1 Max £85,000 etc etc they are all fscs 85k max protected for single accounts, i'm not sure but if there are joints i guess they might be 85k*2 but i suspect savings account are mostly single accounts. I admit you do have to open up the available further options at the bottom of the default table otherwise the list is restricted to what MoneySupermarket can directly work with but it does have all the items in there once you add in all the banks, I think, I haven't checked them all to be honest! I also accept it's annoying in resetting the parameters when you least expect but it does have things in there once you add in all the data. I do use Mr Lewis' lists too but i have found they were not always easy to keep stable and find what one I was looking for. Perhaps it's just me and I'm happy to be wrong. Thanks for the comments though always good to challenge things. Edit: actually if you select the "choose provider" button at the top it jumps down to the select all providers option/s once there just select them all and you can see what i mean. Anyway i've ;earnt something new too just by your challenge on it. Thanks for the poke...
