Have they now completely stopped returning funds? Are they holding money back because of the court hearing? or some other reason?
Even Funding secure has been returning more regularly. What is going on? Do they not have some kind of duty or incentive not to delay?

Getting the impression the returns are so low that the waterfall,costs etc etc,have absorbed it all !!!

What is going on? Do they not have some kind of duty or incentive not to delay? Nothing to distribute probably, there have been no recoveries that have paid out funds yet. Only possibles were the deferred payments from PBL163/64 that were due at end of July but there were legal issues to be resolved.
