ablrate - I've just attempted my first couple of trades and the results are not overly encouraging. Firstly, I tried to buy £1 worth of 100111 and received the error message 'You do not have enough funds to place this order.' (even though my funds are in excess of £650) - I've asked Customer Services to investigate. Secondly, I placed an offer to sell and subsequently noticed there does not appear to be any way to cancel the offer?

To cancel, look at the bottom of the page click on orders, you have the cancel option there. You may need to use the arrow thingys (technical term) to expand and shrink the view.

In the first instance, did you "allocate" funds to the Loan Exchange before placing the order? This is done via the "Allocate Funds" button on the main Ablrate dashboard. To cancel an order, click on "Orders" located in the bottom left of the page, that'll show all unfilled orders with a cancel button on the far right.

ablrate , A suggestion - In the volume chart, it would be helpful if you could also specify the (weighted average) price at which the trade(s) took place. Hi - We are working on displaying the VWOP and displaying that to assist with providing projected AER also.

As per the below answer, you can click the arrows on the bootom to open and close those tabs (if you click twice they are full screen). In orders you can cancel (we may be adding amend) and all your holdings are in the 'Wallet' where you can click on 'Trade' to directly trade those items.

Still, 'Total funds in this account' figure, does not include funds moved to & currently in 'Loan Exchange' box. Third time I have mentioned this !

ablrate , Chart is stuck in the 'Today' view - Selecting Month/3 Months etc. has no effect on the X axis. Have tried in Windows 10 (Chrome) and Android. (Appeared to be working fine yesterday.)

Yes, on a 'Good till Cancelled' you will be matched at your price for the amount that is available and a bid/offer will be placed for the rest (same as a fill and wait) What then is the difference, if any, between 'Good till Cancelled' and 'Fill and Wait'? If the same, why are these two distinct options on the list? ablrate , a follow-up in case missed.

Amend would be useful, maybe default to live only on display? separating the buy and sell orders would make it better, possibly 'highlighted' alternative lines would reduce the risk of cancelling an innocent bystander.

Still, 'Total funds in this account' figure, does not include funds moved to & currently in 'Loan Exchange' box. Third time I have mentioned this ! Wouldn't that confuse ISA limits? If the money is in the exchange, it might be possible to incorrectly add funds to an ISA causing an overfunding problem. Haven't tried it but would seem logical.

Double click the chart it reverts back Hmmm I looked... its not that.. leave it with us it will be sorted tommorrow. That's good. The sorting is a basic requirement, essential functionality of the SM which seems to have been lost. Sometimes I wish to sell some holdings - say to buy a new loan. I go to the SM and sort it in order of my holding size in each loan. The ones I am interested in are at the top and I can then look at the bids and compare. No longer! Or when wishing to buy or sell I would order by best bid or best offer. No longer! How can the basics be missing from the set of requirements for the loan exchange? Maybe I am missing something. Filter will be useful when I need to select only the Ablrate loans.
