Today the number of requests in front of me INCREASED. Went down overnight by 1 for myself and Mrs Aju on 3 Access accounts @ aju 403187 @ 12915 was 12916
Mrs aju 403400 @ 13041 was 13042
Mrs aju 403403 @ 13043 was 13044
All since yesterdays recordings, perhaps you or I recorded yesterday wrong !

Wth Interesting stuff I must be the odd one out then! as in my case its never increased always decreased across 3 access accounts all the same since day one. However, Since I am so far from the front of the queue it could be that mine also shows an increase too but is marred by the drops from closed accounts or RYI pull outs - perhaps. Who knows. Perhaps those that can see it clearly have evidence for a question directly to RS to find out why there may be increases. Of course RS may have found a bug that was misreporting numbers and fixed it hence people nearer the front would see differences - just a possibility of course.

I spoke to RS and they said it shouldn't happen, and they were unable to explain it.
They are going to get on to the technical team and call me back. They asked if I had any screen shots as evidence, but I only have my handwritten notes. I would have assumed I'd made a mistake were it not for the other posts on here.
I'll let you know if I get anything further from them.

This will have happened because they are using an old version of Excel to track the RYIs and it can't cope with that many rows...

They called back. Apparently one came off the queue in error as it had not been fully processed and so was put back on again.

According to the latest update by RS last evening, M'Lady is due to get her 5yr money back today (requested 15 Sep) but I just logged in to her account and she is still at 90 in the queue. A vast improvement on yesterday's 178 so it could happen. Fingers crossed on her behalf...
Edit: Have just rechecked last night's update and RS appear to have reset (and edited their post accordingly) the "We are currently working on requests made on ... to 14th September in the 5 Year market. ( my bold - was definitely 15th when I looked last night.)
