Are people still investing in the platform and regularly receiving emails.
Not had an email for over 5 weeks apart from one a few days ago.
Chased it up with them and whitelisted them with my email provider (have my own domain for email purposes).
Still nothing and it appears the issue is at their end and they were blacklisted by "spamcop".
Need to wait for a new loan to be added to the site before i know if emails are arriving or not.
For instance, did not get the email telling me my monthly interest for October, did other people receive it ?

Everything is coming through as normal for me.

You can also set your account to get sms msg when a new loan is posted.

Just a thought but perhaps your ISP has extra filtering on stopping them getting to you ? I've had that in the past - though not with LI but I have my own domain managed through an ISP. Some are more stringent than others and is all usually controllable through CPanel.

I'm receiving everything you would expect. But it's just a normal Gmail account.

I think I had this issue in the past (might have marked it as a spam). Once this is done, their email system recognises this and stops sending the emails to that address - even if you have marked it as NOT Spam again.

It was ultimately resolved by their support team after much investigation.
