Hello good people of the forum. I have autoinvest 5 and 3 year holdings in Kuflink and the first ones have passed anniversary. It seems interest is rolled up until you ask for it. I made no such requests, as I didn't realise I needed to, on vesting - so no expected interest received. But their website just says "tell us" if I want it paid with each anniversary. What's the best way to "tell them" therefore?

Not at all clear, I had issues with my 5 year ISA which I opened in January 2019 and forgot about until May 2020. Oddly I had been getting emails in early Jan 2020 to ask when I wanted to do when my One year ISA account matured and I kept writing back and saying I have a 5 year ISA. I had assumed the interest would then itself accrues further returns BUT that is not the case. Apparently the interest should have been added to the wallet on the anniversary and then I could either withdraw and lose tax relief, reinvest in a new ISA type product or transfer elsewhere. I chose the latter and was charged a fixed fee of £35. In my case the effective rate was still over 6% so not overly bothered but it did take 6 months sort it out, but partly my fault for not chasing them in February 2020 when nothing happened.

I had autoinvest 1 year. Kuflink gave me a courtesy call and I requested full pay out. Try contact them direct. Chat (portal), phone or email. You can find their number from emails.

I had / have used their online contact form to request the withdrawal of my annual interest within the 5 year auto invest. This has now passed the anniversary by only a week or two, but so far very disappointed that they have not responded in anyway, not even acknowledging receipt of the contact form.
this was my first contact since joining several years ago and disappointed to now know the customer service standard of communication given, seems like the recommend a friend promotion is their only priority regarding investors.

I've always found Kuflink to be responsive via Live Chat (and that includes conversations last week).

Maybe just unlucky as I tried / hoped to use live chat 4 times last week and every time it said it was busy and unavailable and they told me to use the online contact form which is what I did.
