Some update on 18/11/20. Don't see many like that !
11.5% interest. One of the few I stayed in since fees started.
Since that update some selling has occurred, but strange availability movements though; up & down like a yoyo from £0 one minute to £15000 the next, several times. Currently £9030 available.

This has been my favourite loan on AC for ages. I picked up lots at small discounts over time. Could never understand why discounts were offered. I've stopped buying more since the Capital Valuation changed, albeit by a very small amount. I wish they would publish the figures they use to calculate this, or have I just missed them?

Could be the portfolio that backs the Access Accounts taking advantage of a bit of liquidity... would be able to confirm with a before and after snapshot of access accounts. Afraid I don't routinely keep these any more though.

Could be the portfolio that backs the Access Accounts taking advantage of a bit of liquidity... would be able to confirm with a before and after snapshot of access accounts. Afraid I don't routinely keep these any more though. You may have hit the nail on the head, as 1281 the only new one, later this year; not in Access I assume, has shown no movement at all.

Could it be that the Access Accounts are mandated to sell when a loan's Capital Valuation falls below 100%. It would make sense for the AAs to offload a liability when there were MLA investors willing to take it on.

Amount % of my QAA holding so should be % of AA holdings
4,700,000.00 0.0028137774%
Now
Amount % of my QAA holding so should be % of AA holdings
4,897,564.23 0.0901037118%
As can be seen the AAs have been buying this loan. If you know the total amount on the AAs you can get the amount held in thee AAs, I think it is approx 200m
so 6/4/2020 £56.27 approx now £1,802 approx.

The amount now that you've quoted for 1021 seems to be the Total Facility amount, not the Principal Outstanding. The amounts quoted for 348 are way above the ~£3.4m outstanding. I guess I'm just not understanding something, but there may be others as dumb as me that also need a bit of explanation.

These are the figures from the downloads of the loan book and heading in the column only states "amount", Taking a look you can get more details if you click on the loan but these are only available for the present time, there may be some way to get historic data.

It looks like I may have been banging the wrong nail this time.
Following the further confusion my comment triggered, I checked my temp folder and saw a snapshot dated 20 October. Running the calculations on that snapshot, I make it £196023.9941 of loan 348 held in the access account portfolio on that date, and £191935.9234 today; so no massive sell-off from there - the difference is pretty much as would be expected just from the 2 principal repayments that occurred during the intervening time.
The same calculations suggest that in the same period, the overall total invested balance of the access accounts (not counting the uninvested cash) reduced from £189844999.7 to £184406958.8.
I find it a little surprising that - at least on a superficial comparison - there doesn't seem to have been any attempt to sell off of at least a portion of the more liquid loans... but not done a more detailed analysis of changes between the two snapshots.

Today 7 am, there was few hundred ££ 0% discount offered, then around 16.00 hrs & £7100 ish offered 0% discount, from memory, over the last 4 months or more, it seems £7000 chunks is a regular thing, always when the previous chunk had gone.

Today's update said the Co. wanted a variation of the expected 'sweep' payment agreed each anniversary and also that they were being unwilling to disclose bank statement setc and there would a lender vote in due course.
With all that going on I thought "naa!"
[But a loan that is often at 0.00 - as this appears to be - available would be quite easy to sell at any time.]

Much prefer 'bricks & mortar' security & even though the equivalent in diamonds on this one would be a small village, my only concern would be the tracing of the security, as it is much more difficult when the volume is equal to a few house bricks.
