I'm thinking of billing p2p platforms when they inflict new websites on lenders.
BC have just done it and although they haven't done the complexity route that A****** have, there are still problems here and there, starting with the very inelegant redirection away from the BC site - which looks like it is no longer available. On a quick potter around the new website, it looks pretty much as the old one did so why change it? Whilst we're on beta testing, the middle section of the dashboard has a different and much smaller font to the rest of the page. Oh dear.

Well, it’s a very substantial improvement on my phone! (the old one was barely useable on a mobile device)

The redirect from TBC to Somo isn't working at all as I write this. Oh well I'm sure it will get fixed...

Logged onto the new website for the first time to see if the monthly interest is in yet.
Good things;
-My chrome password manager now picks up login details. -Website is miles better on mobile (Actually usable!)
Bad Things: -On pages with a list of loans, I miss the background colour differentiation between rows. It was much more readable. -On Laptop/Chrome there is a lot of wasted whitespace on both sides -On the dashboard, the 'live loans' and 'repaid loans' 'interest paid' doesn't add up to the total interest paid for my account? -I somehow triggered the HNW/Sophisticated Investor/Restricted Investor certification again and it won't go away.

Or do I have to go through the statements to get it? But from the last value I had it doesn't look right, I wonder if the difference is interest on sold loans? Edit: Taking sold loans into account makes it much closer, still a small difference, but that could be me!

I went to statements and put in a v. long date range, which seems to give the old 'Total Interest' figure. Where did you find interest paid on sold loans? It would make more sense if this was lumped in with repaid.

I had to get it from my spreadsheet of finished loans, I identified the sold ones and added up the interest, couldn't see it anywhere on the site. It would be extremely helpful if it was with the repaid loans! Like you in the end I got the total interest from a long term statement. I guess we could download the whole statement and sort, identify the sold loans and get the interest from there, a bit of a chore. If BC, I mean SoMo, are reading this perhaps they will fix it. I'm guessing I have a small error in one of my figures but don't really want to go to the effort of playing with the statement data.

Wonder where the interest due today is? You would hope that whatever testing was done (if any) included making sure that interest was paid out... Or perhaps... Well, it's now been paid and in my bank account in record time.

Looking into the statement data if you take the total interest from there it also includes rolled interest, but (as far as I can see) the amount of rolled interest doesn't match rolled interest on the summary sheet so I assume rolled interest that has been subsequently paid has been deducted, Now I see it's rolled interest being paid, still doesn't help a lot. I now have no idea what is what. Probably back to theory A, it's sold loans interest missing. Could we just have a Total Interest Paid (and separately currently rolled) on the Summary sheet. Something doesn't seem right as my actual paid interest that I record monthly doesn't match anything I can do with the data provided now and it used to reconcile to the penny.

Can an admin rename this board to reflect the SOMO name change please? The website formerly known as Bridgecrowd?

Interest from 'Sold loans' now added to dashboard. Edit: Maybe they do read the forum sometimes.
