Appreciate any feedback on your progress with the FOS. I have formal complaints raised with Lending Works following the purported negative rates and am not hopeful of resolution by LW and am expecting to require FOS involvement.
I've finally heard back from the Ombudsman asking for more details. I first submitted the complaint at the beginning of February 2019 so it's taken almost a year to get my case heard.
I was surprised they knew nothing about the case. People on here were
saying they were going to complain but it seems nobody did, or maybe I'm just the first in the queue.
My complaint is active and with the Ombudsman since early last year. I suspect some that complain on here haven't bothered following the process of reaching deadlock with LW and then continuing on to the Ombudsman. Shame as no complaint, no compensation. LW will not come to you anytime soon, you have to be proactive....or of course just accept their practices 🙂
