Apparently Autoinvest has been paused to accepting funding from wallet and transfers (phoned this morning to inquire why it was broken)apparently "due to bank swooping should be back available today / tomorrow (probably". So unsure how this affects loan take up except i went without

No info to the contrary since. Poor comms from CP IMO.

Poor comms from CP IMO. I messaged CP yesterday asking what was happening as I'd seen no email update. CP's response was "We are currently in the final stages of the migration. We will email you to confirm when this is complete and the new details are available to view on your account."

4.8% this morning - great for diversification but trivial amounts so continue to invest funds elsewhere. Received 4.3% on the account where there was a lot of funds. And 4.8% on an account which swept up the small residue to leave nil auto invest balance. Similar to Ace recently.

Re tomorrow's Retford loan, write-up includes "The loan will be for a term of 6 months to allow the borrower time to gear up ahead of starting on site. Once he is ready CrowdProperty will transfer the loan onto a development facility so that funds can be made available to undertake the building works."
Might be a dumb question (I'm new to CP and haven't come across such wording before), but what tends to happen at the 6-month mark: do lenders get the option to exit or do funds get automatically rolled over into a new loan (presumably longer duration)?

You will be given the option to either roll-over your investment or exit. CrowdProperty will typically send you a message several days in advance of the new loan going live and ask you to let them know your preference by a certain date.

They do seem to be making hard work out of it, presumably the new account details will be the same for everyone with simply a different reference? That I would have though should not be that difficult to tell people by email. I transferred a small top up in earlier on the 'existing' details and it was received as good as instantly so have no complaint as such, but having to check where to send it constantly is getting a 'bit old' fast.

Getting Back to the thread topic (how did it get on to bank details changing?) there was a new record number of investors in Stockport despite it mostly being a rollover.
1798 investors for £1.429m, previous record was 1604 for £330K Richmond Phase 4 (Last phase so less risky)
Likely to have been some sizeable investors it seems.
Percentage allocation of Max Autoinvest was 45.5% - a huge leap upwards but not far off the curve based on recent investments.
