No new loans for 2 weeks over Xmas season coupled with lots of freed-up cash from RS's property loan sale is likely to result in record low percentages for AutoInvest amounts in January. In earlier times, there was no money about in January!!

Until quite recently the Autoinvest amount allocated to an investor was approximately:- Allocation (£k) = .001 * Loan Size (£k) * Maximum Pledge Size via Auto Invest Now there are far more investors this no longer works. I should appreciate information from any one who has Auto Invested in the 3 latest loans... .. the percentage of their Maximum Pledge Amount that was allocated Hawick London Abergele From another thread I know that the next most recent loan, Somerset, was 8%. Here's the allocations that were received by some of the accounts I've been managing. I can't be sure they are the full allocations as some may have been restricted by the amount of cash available in the AutoInvest account, so perhaps others could confirm: Hawick, 7.87% London, 38.34% Abergele, 18.55% Thank you. Does anyone have information for 25 November Liverpool 355 26 November Evesham 194 Thank you

I got 8.78% in today's Calstock loan. Exactly the same percentage for me too. I'm not happy with these complex multi-phase development loans. They are very high risk (I've lost very substantial amounts of money elsewhere on these type), particularly in very rural locations like today's one, so only invested a small amount. All the next few loans in the pipeline seem to be multi-phase development loans too. I wish CP would go back to the old days of having much more secure loans. It's only when things go wrong with these developments and the projects can't be completed, meaning a total loss of lender funds, that on realises how risky they are, so please be cautious folks.

Thank you. I'd appreciate you double checking Liverpool and Evesham as they are lower values than Archie's. Did you Ton27 have enough funds in Auto Invest to be sure that did not limit your percentage?

Did you Ton27 have enough funds in Auto Invest to be sure that did not limit your percentage? The percentages are correct. In terms of having enough funds how would one know? I do not have the maximum permitted (about £4k) but generally have around £1000 - would that limit my percentage?

Maybe my percentages are incorrect. I can't recall if I've changed the auto-invest amount. The account in question only started early November.

The limit only kicks in if ALL the funds in your autoinvest at that time are used for that investment.
