I've had the briefest of skim reads on my phone (which isn't easy in the format they have used for this report). What I gathered was something about an external audit of fees (I guess we pay for that?) and something about the fact that future / additional administration fees haven't been agreed by the CC so they may go to court to ask for more money.
E&OE. I'm sure someone with more time and understanding than me will be along soon with more insight and a better understanding.

Why is everybody tying themselves in knots when it is publicly available to the entire world on the Lendy home page?

No, a link needing a login (possibly 'implying' all sorts of privacy permissions - of course, under GDPR) has been uploaded to the Lendy website.

Pages of information on how much of our money they are spending and on how they want even more form us, but next to nothing on what's happening with the projects we invested in.

Direct article linked here: If that was a response to me. No, its a public document on the home page, no log in required and it will shortly be available to all on Companies House

In the case of DFL001 that will be all of it and for most of the other at least 50%. PBL081 is interesting as the original recovery predates the new terms/ waterfall so Lendy have had minimal sums from their entitlement. If RSM apply the default interest/waterfall then lenders may be disappointed. There is also the question of whether the sums advanced by Lendy to complete the build will be treated as subordinate or not.

Pretty sure the only winning numbers in this game as far as lenders are concerned ones that were drawn out a long time ago or 32. For RSM on the other hand they are 24, 5, 19 and the bonus ball 4

Point to note apart from the obvious dire recoveries rate: bombarding RSM with enquiries/complaints is costing us lenders a shedload and isn't going to make the slightest difference.
