Same here, sent an email a while ago but no response yet. Incorrect Case Login/Unique ID combination or the case may now be closed. Contact the firm dealing with the case.

The successful settlement of a professional indemnity claim against a valuer is promising. I'm not in that particular loan (PBL081) but let's hope this sets a positive precedent for further claims.

Gone through all variations of the various passwords I use with the case code you mention without success. What a bunch of buffoons, I expect they are in a rush to get out and home for Christmas.

The case code and PW are given in the PDF letter. Previous PWs won't work as they are single-use.
