I think this is the most exiting thing I have read all year.
From news letter "We have improved the way we provide updates on the status of a loan to investors by automating the process to make sure it is simpler and more efficient - meaning no more ad hoc updates.
We will update investors via a loan comment when there is a significant change to its status; for example when it becomes late, enters a payment plan or is defaulted. We will update comments each month, and loans that have changed their status in the previous month will receive an update."
Not that any of mine have been updated yet.....

How many of yours had changed their status in the previous month?

How many of yours had changed their status in the previous month? Are you suggesting they mean they will review comments each month and only update the comment if they have changed status? I'm sure they do mean just that, just another example of their very poor communication skills. I wonder how many investors asked them to make loan comments "simpler and more efficient" ? More frequent and more accurate would have been the response if they listened to investors.... Actually, I have recovery loans that have stopped paying, started paying, have admin updates on Co House and were in talks with FC to start paying months ago. So yes, many status changes that have happened or should have happened and have not and no updates as yet. What a shower!
