The thing that does concern me however is will any of the settlement arrive in the Lender's pockets or will it just get added to the Lendy creditors fund ? That's issue #10 in the upcoming insolvency proceedings

Yes , totally incredible .
Who would have thought when we were reading the valuation and checking info back in early 2016 we would end up here in the middle of this tangled web of lies and deceit .

We wouldn't because Lendy's CEO went on record to say that the FCA had participated in a "detailed review of our [Lendy's] processes and policies". A statement that was not subsequently countered by the FCA, whom we can only therefore assume were entirely satisfied. To close.. by their association with Lendy's approval, I deem the FCA to be as guilty of "lies and deceit" as Lendy.

Those s at the FCA now need to pay for their mistakes. I will never forgive or trust the 'regulators' that were meant to be there to 'protect' us. They were complicit - and I would argue, actively encouraged - all of the 'goings-ons' that have led me to losing the majority of my life's savings.
