Maybe I've missed this being discusses elsewhere, but my Z account figures don't sum. Let's say for example
holding £0 Overall balance £1000 Invested money £750
where is my £250?

Assuming your looking at the summary page, if you scroll down a bit further you'll likely see Why don't my product and holding account totals add up to my Zopa Total?Although in that case I think the total should only be out by a small amount (1 penny). If it's further out then I wonder if you're just catching it in the middle of a payment run or something similar (you might want to query that with Zopa directly)

£250 is in the queue waiting to be matched to loans The queue is moving slowly these days so the waiting to be matched can be significant. Look under the individual products.

£250 is in the queue waiting to be matched to loans Yes this was the reason they gave, it's behind the scenes somewhere waiting to be matched. Because that takes a long time, it can appear that £250 is missing.

Queueing time seems to grow about a week every week. My number of loans keeps dropping. Wondering whther t's worth leaving my money in there still.

Queueing time seems to grow about a week every week. My number of loans keeps dropping. Wondering whther t's worth leaving my money in there still. I put a lump sum in Z about 3 years ago, all in Plus. I've been drawing down for a while now. So far it's returned an XIRR of 3.06%. It's OK I suppose, and I understand that others put greater store by the platform size than I do. I do put some store by its longevity, but, on balance, I feel that there are platforms offering: greater security, better rates, and better access. Hence, I'm withdrawing. It was probably better before I joined when higher returns were achievable. I think that putting in a queuing system for new investors is good for Z on two fronts: - It's a way of giving preferential treatment to existing loyal customers which may instill greater loyalty,
- It creates an aura of desirability. We tend to want things we can't have, and us Brits love to join a queue.
I think it could earn a place in a cautions portfolio for extra diversification, but those ever expanding queuing times and early exit fees mean that it's only for long term investors IMO.
