The Terms and Conditions that are dated as April 2020 * if you attempt a sign up as a new investor now * are significantly different than the April 2020 Conditions I have previously read (and have downloaded a copy of). You may want to download a copy too if you need to refer to them in the future.
I am not surprised the T&C’s have changed now that is opened to new investors again but for myself am very concerned that the date of the T&C’s remains the same. This may be accidental or may have other reasons. For example I have referred to a number of these clauses in correspondence I have had with LW and the wording is very different on the new version.
