Former Fundingsecure Directors Vijay Gandhi and Raj Kumar have diversified the business interests of ' Holy Group UK', a group which features Mr Gandhi and Mr Kumar on their so-called 'Executive Team'. The group describe themselves as "a global trading business, founded in 2012, with operations in the UK, India, Dubai and China"
The Holy Group UK About Us page explains "From February 2020 in response to the global requirement for PPE, we have started supplying and delivering health care products across the world using our existing global team and network to ensure a robust and reliable supply and distribution...As a successful trading company, incorporated in the UK since 2012, we feel strongly that we have a duty to supply products to our NHS at a fair price, based on us paying our suppliers at a fair price. In a market-led economy with high global demand, prices can be exponentially increased by unethical firms out to make a quick profit. Our ethos is to become a preferred supplier to the NHS for now and in the future and hence offer competitive prices for all our products and services." It is not known who on the Executive Team approved the phrase "unethical firms out to make a quick profit".

and what happens when this damn virus is on the way out which will soon be hopefully - a possible slump in PPE prices as the big boys cut their losses? had a quick look at the accounts - there is a staggering £6.84m debtors so I wonder what this is - have they sold this amount to the NHS - somehow I dount it? And if they did where did the money come from.
There is also £4.59m in short term liabilities. But there is also minus £2m in long term liabilities - you what? This gives net assets of £0.489m net assets is good but what happens if they get some bad debts just like we FS lenders or there is a snagette with the overpaid creditors? They only need a shortfall of £489K and they are in debt.
I don't think I will be investing in this outfit!
