Was a nice bell or a more for whom the bell tolls, any previous history?

Was a nice bell or a more for whom the bell tolls, any previous history? Several loans, all repaid #331, #477, #806 as well as #542

Thankyou ilmoro . Excellent work as always. Probably pointless, if it turns out that there isnt a loan

Margate hotel from PL was due to refinance with AC today, thats the one listed as being in the medical sector.... Email from today relates to 542, which repaid in May 2018, nothing in the pipeline matches the details from todays upcoming loan email.

I received an email timed at 18:23 saying that there was a new loan to invest in. I read the email 3 minutes later at 18:26 and clicked on the link. It says that the loan was fully funded 11 minutes earlier (ie before I was sent an email saying that the loan even existed) . This is ridiculous.

Not an AC follower so not gospel, but all the loans are funded like this, MLA is last. I think if you bid for what you want you may well get it.

The loans are funded by AA's first and then a proportion of it is distributed to MLA. I understand AA's have the priority because these accounts are not sustainable without new loans. Put your orders in and you should get something sooner or later (usually on the same or next day).

The AA are the defacto underwriter so they fund the intial drawdown and then will released some to the market based on the requirements of the AA to meet its own commitments ie cover the monthly interest and fund the provision fund

#1488 has now released to MLA - about £25k or 8% - max appears to be £84.84 #1489 = about £15k or 8% - max £46.98
AA queue seemingly unmoved, cash now about 17.5%
Pipeline has gained another care home
Next one is due Mon and is a couple of mil but a refinance of two existing (#1010/1094) loans so impact will be reduced

Where exactly do I put my orders in for newly released loans? Maybe it's just bad timing on my part, but I don't think I've ever seen a loan in the Upcoming list. Is that where I'm supposed to put my orders in? Or am I supposed to wait until the new loan appears on the Live list and put a buying order in there?
