I'm not a Londoner but I'm curious.... prompted by the proud Londonder comment.
Oddschecker have Brian Rose as 2nd favourite. Got to be honest and say I've never heard of him but Wikipedia suggests his views and interview guests(!) are pretty dangerous. The Oddschecker list is quite the thing, not a sign of Rory Stewart either.
Is this normal?

Obviously it's just bookies reflecting the market rather than what is likely to happen - but I guess it is a bet on a populist movement taking over a la Trump in London. Ain't gonna happen, Sadiq is a shoe-in. More relevant is what happens post Sadiq, and whether we get what the UK needs if it has any intentions of surviving - a more federal/devolved structure with a reformed electoral system.

God knows how much he's already spent on campaign, ads everywhere.

I don't rate Khan. I can't see that he's done much for London during his term, and some of what he's done has been bad (I'm not a fan of some of what he's done in terms of car free areas and bike paths, first some of them are downright dangerous, second they've screwed up black cabs and those who rely on them - I feel it's more about establishing his so called green credentials than actually addressing any real issues).
And I don't know much about the other candidates. I guess I'm likely to go blue or yellow, depending on their policy platforms.

As a non Londoner on some ways I think he's doing a good job fighting for the people of London,
But he needs to remember that on average Londoners pay far less as a percentage of income in Council tax, Because they have a great public transport system, commuting etc costs them far less, yet he continues to bleat about how badly done to London is. I suggest he gets out of his metropolitan area and sees what life is like for the majority of us in the UK.
I'd like to see him get beaten because like most of the metropolitan elite he doesn't care about the majority
