So who is telling porkies.
And should the BBC continue to allow her to cast aspersions eg "The behaviour complained of was found by a jury not to constitute criminal conduct and Alex Salmond is innocent of criminality.
"But that doesn't mean the behaviour complained of didn't happen and it's important we don't lose sight of that."
Erm if it happened it was a criminal offence, ergo acquittal means it didn't happen, we also need to remember in Scotland the jury has a third option "not proven" where they believe it may have happened but the prosecution evidence was too weak for guilty

I assume Sturgeon is saying what happened wasn't (found to be) criminal, but it did happen (or something happened) and it wasn't very nice. Quote from the defence at the time: 'Mr Jackson also said his client had not always behaved well and could have been "a better man on occasions" - but had never sexually assaulted anyone.' The defence also claimed exaggerations. I don't really like either of them.

13 women against a Russia Today journalist and the man came out on top. Now he is about to beat another woman.
All very odd.

I beg to differ. I've always admired Salmond as a highly shrewd politican. I certainly don't agree with all his policies but as an individual he's someone I'd not want to face across a court !
Supposedly he "mentored" Sturgeon so he probably has unique insight into her personality and any flaws.

So who is telling porkies. Probably both. It's an internal party squabble that's simply escalated because there is no viable opposition in Scottish local politics.

A bit cryptic for me...Link? He is a Russia Today journalist. He was accused of sexual assault by 13 women and got off. He is now in the court against a woman..

He was accused of sexual assault by 13 women and got off. He should never have got on them in the first place! Unless she consents to him being against her, isn't that also sexual assault? And in a court, too! Just asking for trouble...

Sturgeon has way more things in her closet than Salmond but hey it will all come out in the end.
Her husband has also got a closet full of stuff that wouldn't look out of place in a pantomime.

Not sure the relevance to this thread, an analogy perhaps? Or something more subtle. I hesitate to suggest that there is much worse than sexually assaulting 13 women but being a Russia Today journalist is indicative of a lack of character and of manipulative influence plus the whole useful idiot concept. RT is not a free information organisation.

His fellow broadcasting comrades colleagues on the esteemed RT include the such trustworthy and notable luminaries as the particularly likeable George Galloway.
