Hello everyone,
Allow me to introduce you to JaeVee! We've been around now for three years, building a profitable portfolio in the UK and we're celebrating our third birthday in February. We consider ourselves to be a collective joint venture partner, and we've created a platform to augment the process of raising equity from multiple investors at a minimum stake of £20k for experienced property developers.
We keep our ears to the ground for great deals and a lot of developers come to us for 100% development finance, that we facilitate via a mixture of senior debt and private equity. Only the best schemes are launched on our platform after reviewing the developer's CV, experience in completing similar projects and our investment analysts perform a comprehensive process of due diligence.
