So a quicky really still not happy about Zopa no longer providing what is effectively the full statements for all my loans. I wondered if anybody has asked or checked with the regs if this is acceptable.
With the current state of the statements data that is available and especially for older Zopa members (not old but long serving) who may find that whilst the general statements balances do sort of add up unless one has bonuses from a long way back where they are not registered in the new statements as yet.
My personal view is that having been someone who checked literally everything especially under the hood and over the years have found some quite glaring errors that Zopa were not ware of until someone like me queried missing item it bothers me that I no longer am able to see if I am getting what I am being promised in terms of interest etc. The defaults mask the totals returns quite a bit and I'm not sure if i'm the only one but XIRR's are not that convincing I feel especially when one is bailing out.
Anyway anyone any clear thoughts or better have even broached the regulator on this matter. (I tried reading the docs on their site but to be honest it was way above my intelligence/deciphering capabilities or worse i never found the right docs. I want to call them but I'm not sure they would be interested or i'd even be passed to someone who could answer my query.

Apparently I've currently got -£0.07 invested, and £3.04 of missed payments (which should have been made good because they're Safeguard or whatever it's called loans, no?).

How does one check back the SG stuff without knowing what how it was paid. Just a thought!
