Yesterday's Daily Telegraph featured an ISA Special Report that included an article on P2P. It recorded recent woes but quoted "Neil Faulkner of 4th Way, an analyst" as saying that P2P "still delivered solid returns". He recommended Loanpad, Proplend, Crwod Property and Kuflink, all of which offer ISAs.
Now to check out the appropriate threads to see what you think of them ...

I'm in all of those. All are producing good returns. No losses on any of them so far.

Looks very out of date. Just looked at LC... 16.2%? - I've never seen such rate on LC. Cashback - it was long ago when the last cash back was offered. Why is LC on the list anyway? They've stopped offering any new loans to retail investors a while ago.
