I applied soon after I started this thread.
It was completed last week (to HL), so about 7 weeks.
HL said as it was a paper application, not web based, it will take longer.
There doesn't seem to be a way to apply online though.
But it got there eventually with no problems.

Fundsmith was paper based as well and that completed in the 30 days - poor excuse from HL.

My transfer from Assetz to loan pad was done in 10 days. This included having to fix an error in my address in Assetz.

I did another transfer from AC to loanpad and it was very efficient. Just 36 hours between me sending the email to Loanpad and having the funds in the account.

Could someone please tell me where to find my AC ISA account number for transfer out. Before the usual suspects comment on leaving health issues cause me to go to a managed account.

Go to "deposit funds", then "one-off deposit", select Cash ISA and enter a nominal amount to deposit. Your ISA account number is shown under "Reference"
You can cancel the deposit or simply allow it to lapse - it doesn't really matter. There may be a better way to obtain the account number but this works.

I believe you can click on "Statements/Account Balances" and use the Reference Number of your IFISA Cash Account. Sorry to hear about health issues -- hope all goes well.

Having another go at transferring some more ISA into HL, after 10 weeks, rang them, they have no record of receiving my forms.
This is a real worry, as I'm now wondering where my information has ended up!
Why can't these firms get it together and make it transferable on line!!
Grrr - rant over.

HL couldn’t organise a p1ss up in a brewery. They’re incompetence at ISA transfers beggars belief, and can only be down to the shortage of talent in Bristol. Or just incompetence.

I've just completed another ISA transfer from AC to Proplend. Whole thing only took 3 days from emailing transfer form to Proplend. We'll done to both AC and PL.
It's sad in a way that I'm feeling it necessary to run down my AC accounts, but there are just no new loans of interest to me, and I was less happy at the the way AC management handled many aspects of the various rules changes during Covid.
In terms of capital employed, AC have dropped from a top 3 platform to number 10 for me. I now have only 40% of my all-time high deployed here. I can't complain about my returns on AC. My all-time combined XIRR is just under 10% including cashbacks/promotions, though I do expect this to fall a bit when some of my troubled loans eventually conclude.
I'm maintaining my equity investment in AC as they seem to be well skilled in achieving approval for the various lucrative government SME lending schemes.

I've just completed an Assetz to Loanpad transfer in about a week. I'm very happy with that. I wish I could say the same for my pending Virgin to Vanguard transfer, which I initiated a month ago. Vanguard says they're waiting on Virgin, Virgin says they've not received anything from Vanguard. Ho hum.

They get up to 30 days and that is exactly how long Hargreaves Lansdown took for one of mine. I had my complaint into the FOS all ready, the more people that complain the better chance of it being fixed.
In stark contrast all these P2P combinations for me took TWO WORKING DAYS max , astounding.
Assetzcapital / Crowdproperty / Proplend ---------> Loanpad / CapitalRise / Ablrate

Assetzcapital / Crowdproperty / Proplend ---------> Loanpad / CapitalRise / Ablrate Generally all the P2P platforms are very good. Helping my sister move my nieces JISA from NS&I to Coventry B Soc and its been a year and no one can explain why it has not happened (tried 3 sets of forms) - I know NSI are in a bad way, but that is appalling.
