I transferred some Cash funds from my ISA a/c to my standard a/c more than 2 hours ago. The ISA a/c was debited instantly but the credit hasn't yet appeared in my standard a/c!
I am unable to withdraw funds until this (internal) transfer is credited.
Customer services tell me this is caused by 'server delay'.
Is it just me or are others too having issues with this 'server delay'?
In any case, I would expect the debit and credit to have been actioned together (within a few seconds of each other) rather than as two transactions hours apart. So if there was a 'server delay' I would have expected both to be delayed. Just doesn't seem right for one to be actioned and a huge delay in the other.
