Don't / haven't see many 2nd charged loans on here. thoughts on this 1 ?

Don't / haven't see many 2nd charged loans on here. thoughts on this 1 ? I've seen a fair few. There's one available at the moment b*ck S*nd*n St. Also, the many Tier 2 loans are effectively second charges. I tend to avoid second (and higher) charges on Kuflink as I feel they are poorly priced for the risk.

Had i nice little chat with kuff about the recent trend towards tier loans, and the larger loans. Apparently its just how the pipeline spits them out and they "become ready". Apparently there is plenty and of various variety / flavors to come.
Quite like the "self select multi ltv loan idea" on some of the larger loans. Have noticed its the cautious end then the greedy end seem to fill more then the middle ground.? Personally never keen on 2nd charge, always have a little look tho. Sometimes find a little shiny nugget glistening away .
