Does anyone know if withdrawn flexible ISA funds can be returned to MT over the tax year boundary to maintain the ISA status now that they're in administration?
I recall that they said this would be possible during their rundown, but not sure if that still holds during administration.

You'll need to contact the administrators but the topic of ISA's was covered in their FAQ on 21/12

I just deposited my replaceable amount and it was accepted - so far so good.

If it's in cash it can (currently) be transferred out as usual.

I have made successful withdrawals since the administration so I am keeping everything firmly crossed that the status quo remains in place for another 11 days (5 'working' days). The same risk will apply once everything is crystallised in order to do the promised single free ISA transfer out, and each tax year end between then and now. (I appreciate that your comment was tongue in cheek.)

I just replaced my flexible ISA withdraws back to my MT ISA and they were received in my MT account within 5 minutes. An email confirmation was also received.

I'm just trying to transfer out my IFISA cash (such as it is). I'm replacing the withdrawn cash but it hasn't turned up in the account yet. It will, I think.
The only fly in the ointment at the moment is that MoneyThing Capital Limited does not appear in the current HMRC list of Authorised ISA managers thus slightly snookering my attempts to correctly identify it in the ISA transfer form. I've asked MT about this and we'll see what they say.
Out of interest, the list includes other platforms that are in Administration (such as FS) with a clear "in administration" flag.
I really hope that there isn't a problem with MT not being in the list....
I'll come back with any developments.
The cash has now (19/10/2022) arrived in the account...

Happily, MT is now back on the list of approved ISA Managers (here). The eagle eyed will spot a change in number as well as a not unexpected change of address. The word is that HMRC dropped the ball a bit by taking MT of the list. They also seem to have forgotten that it is in administration - other managers have that flagged.
This may all sound minor but it helps to have exactly the right credentials entered in a transfer form, verified against the list.
Of course, my luck being what it is means that the transfer I've been trying to get going has the old credentials on the form - I've told the new provider of the updated facts but as they seem asleep at the wheel... or is that the till?
