Okay I'm having a bad day today, i'm sure we have been here before but despite turning all chrome apps off and also trying other browsers (Opera for one) I'm struggling to find the account information for our accounts I know what it is as I have it written down but just in case I lose the info for whatever reason - i won't but playing devils advocate today! Where can i find the account id our accounts. I know they are formed as Z012345678 and ISA12345678 but we used to be able to see them a while back but i tried finding them online in zopa and having tried everything i can think of I cannot find them. Anyone any ideas? and yes i am logged in .

I usually like asking the silly questions and you've already answered it Okay I'm having a bad day today, i'm sure we have been here before but despite turning all chrome apps off and also trying other browsers (Opera for one) I'm struggling to find the account information for our accounts I know what it is as I have it written down but just in case I lose the info for whatever reason - i won't but playing devils advocate today! Good question, Just looking and the only place so far I could find it was going through the Invest money option and turning re-invest back on - Now I need to turn it off again! I wonder it it's also on the tax statement... Doesn't look like it

If you go through the Invest Money then select Bank Transfer the reference codes are displayed without needing to turn reinvestment on.

Yes i see what you mean thx, does seems a bit convoluted to find out the account ID's though. I noticed that clicking the "Whats my reference code and how should I use it" item gives both ISA and Standard ID's I wonder who designed that the old one was much clearer in my view but then most of the recent changes do look like they have been created by someone who does not do things by halves!. Perhaps its designed to stop people asking stupid questions as they cannot get an answer without providing their product ID's to prove who they are .
