I've never been a fan of Autolend 2.0 but isn't it about time we had an option to skip the next loan in Always On like Crowdproperty ? There isn't even advance warning of the next loan, what and when ? And turning off Always On disables it for a month, feels like a punishment. Maybe you want the Tranche B instead of Tranche A of a particular loan.
What is the next loan ? Spin the wheel.

I could not agree more for all the reasons that you have given. I turned it off and I doubt I will be turning it on again.

I think the next loan will be the care home. A nice sprinkling of new loans in the last couple of days.

I've never used always on autolend and I think I was being too kind. A poorly thought out stupid system is a better description. Basically you don't know if you're investing in the Grand Hotel at 5% or a Brighton beach hut at 10% and if you are tempted by a Tranche B or C self-select autolend then as a reward always on is turned off for a month - don't be so rash next time...

But Always-On AutoLend isn't designed for you overthehill : in fact, I'd say that Proplend would rather not have as a client anyone who frequents this forum! I posted my views on AutoLend 2.0 in the DD Central section (to spare Proplend's blushes) last April - I haven't changed my mind - I voted with my feet as the only measure that Proplend would take notice of.

I much preferred the previous set-up, where you could manually choose which exact loan you wanted to invest in and how much. You knew immediately if you had an allocation. Simple and straightforward.
Now it's a complete farce, for the reasons outlined above.
I've largely stopped investing in Proplend since the bizarre new system was introduced.

Well it was good while it lasted , a one night stand, at least they whispered the next 2 loans, also to anyone in the recently redeemed loan, not interested. That's me in the naughty room for a month.

Is it though when a company is unprofitable and new originations appear to be few and far between? They turned a profit 2021. Unfortunately no they did not.

Last loan to fund was 7 July.
Not sure if this is a concern or blessing at the moment but it certainly appears strange and definitely unprofitable. Is there something going on in the background ?

Holiday month for professionals so not surprising the deal flow has slowed as legals will be slower

Rates are higher for new pending loans, definitely not chickenfeed.

Some of the pending loans have been listed for sometime now i.e. before the recent significant changes in the money market interest rates.
In the light of this, it will be interesting to see if PL revise the interest rates on these pending loans and also what interest rate is offered on new (pending) loans.
