Next loan expected to go live in the next 7 days is L**** Warehouse. (Per email received for a loan redeemed). It appears that the Luton W*** loan mentioned in the email three weeks ago was a red herring - it's disappeared today from the Pending list! Of course, it's not unknown for loans to disappear and reappear as the Proplend system chews through loan offerings, but the Edgbaston refinance loan (to refinance the existing Proplend loan which matures on 22-March) has been gone for quite a few days now so that one may be being refinanced elsewhere. The next loans in the Pending queue could be the Hinkley and the two Leyton loans which all have valuations and FLRs...

The next loans to go into funding will be Leyton Mixed Use & Leyton Mixed Use 2 within the next 7 days. Per repayment email received today. Once again, Proplend's expectations go awry - Finsbury Park goes live today with no sign of the Leyton loans.

The email about the Belvedere draw down today suggested that the next loans will be Hackney M*** U*** and Walsall *** Refinance - " one of which should be this week". PS: I have a low level of confidence in Proplend's predictions. PPS: I'm not in the Walsall C*** M*** U*** loan, so if roll-over is offered to current lenders, can someone put a post in the original loan's thread here: p2pindependentforum.com/thread/18992/walsall-pl.

There is a roll-over option for Walsall, current lenders to receive notice soon...ish.
