Completion on the sale of vessel 1 took place yesterday for the sum of £18,500. The yachting broker has advised that we will receive funds on Friday 16th of March. We will then process a partial repayment. This will be a Bank Draft then, will it FS? , no repayment received today, as always, FS late with everything

Kindly bit of advice to FS
Get out of Property Loans, you are being conned right left & centre as you haven't enough experience in the property market
Keep away from boats, you are way out of your depth
Stick to your pawn loans, most of these you seem able to handle...........sometimes

Just worked out your username acronym ... best trolling contributor. Not even close, I'm just a sore investor You buy duff loans and blame the site 😃 Same on Lendy, there were obvious loans to avoid. I've been with FS 2 years, no defaults and 3.27% of my loans late, where I should get back all capital and interest. Not all stories are negative. Yes I will get losses, but earning upto 14% will more than compensate me. I had some horrors on TC in the past 6 years for example, but overall have an expected return of around 8%. Far better than zero in a bank.

My experience is similar but I spend too much time having to do my own DD. My late loans are about 20% and just because prior performance has been good does not mean future performance will be. FS don't seem to have the staff ,let alone determination, to chase all these late payers and defaulters so I am withdrawing funds on a regular basis. I am really annoyed by these cavalier, meaningless and patronising "updates".
