Personally I would accept a modest haircut at this stage as continuing with vultures administrators in an attempt to recover the full amount may well result in a worse outcome. I can see why CP prefer to postpone the reckoning, but their latest proposals look likely to delay it for a few years with no interest in the interim and only a hope (IMO optimistic) of a higher capital repayment. They could at least put it to a vote. I am available via pm for any off forum discussion.

This site remains on the market, I can only expect they want too much for the site as should be an easy site to sell if priced right.

Has this loan completed? The reason I ask is that I'm trying to work out if the statistics on CP's stats page are up to date. I currently have 7 loans that are greater than 180 days beyond their stated repayment date. The stats page indicates that there are only 7 loans greater than 180 days late (19 have been in this state and 12 of those have repaid) and I'm not in this loan. So, either the stats are out of date or this loan has repaid and there are no other loans that are greater than 180 days late. It's very unlikely that I'm in all of the loans that are late. There's a statement towards the top of the stats page that says that the stats are updated every 24 hours, though it's not clear to me if that applies to the whole page or just the top section. I seem to recall asking CP before and being told that the stats were always current, but can't find the message (it's probably buried in the CP message system somewhere, but that's far too onerous to search without a provided search facility). Tagging CrowdProperty Representative , in case they're listening and feel like checking that the stats are being updated correctly. |

I'm in a loan due in April and the stats page has none at all for 2021 and 2022 YTD

I'm in a loan due in April and the stats page has none at all for 2021 and 2022 YTD I believe the stats are listed by year of first drawdown. If that's true then the last 2 loans listed below should be showing in the 2021 cohorts, which, as you say, currently shows zero loans > 180 days late. Well I've got 6 loans just in my portfolio which are > 6 months late and I've never done autolend. Another 5 which are < 6 months late.
I also have a loan which is 6 weeks late and has no updates. Almost as if they don't know ?
I also haven't invested in any loans for 7 months, about the time I started raising red flags !
