My recent experience, Nationwide Cash ISA matured 17 04 2021
Paragon Bank - I applied on 20 04 2021 and account fully opened and funds arrived 23 04 2021, going from 0.01% to 0.40% woohoo 5 tfr forms sent via email
Loanpad and Proplend acted efficiently and money arrived within 5 days from Paragon - in reality 3 days as weekend involved 3 of the original 5 had to be done on paper as Paragon will only deal with Goji on paper
Forms posted on the Saturday (24th April) and acknowledged following Thursday by Goji
Funds are now at 2 of the platforms BUT no paperwork generated / updated via Goji so funds held in suspense
Money left Paragon over a week ago for both
For the third (CrowdProperty), emails telling me they are chasing Paragon but on idea if the problem is at Goji or Paragon, my bet would be with Goji !

If you want to witness service in ISA transfers look no further than Hargreaves lansdown. Pathetic! Until there is financial sanction for transfers of cash of over a month the charlatans will continue to hold your money.

I requested a simple transfer of £1000 of uninvested cash from my HL ISA to Vanguard. It's been around 6 weeks without hearing anything.
Today I started to receive contract notes from HL to the tune of about £50k. It seems that a communication error has resulted in my entire holding in HL being sold.
HL have blamed Vanguard, and Vanguard are looking into it.

I had exactly the same issue when transferring from L&G to HL a few years back. I never got to the bottom of who was to blame, but I let it pass as the markets had turned in my favour which resulted in an accidental profit.

Tried to transfer from RS to iWeb since last November or so. It only went through last week because of various errors made in the process and me being too busy for 2 or 3 month to follow things up continuously. The first form had a wrong NI number: it was Xed out, I thought that was for security reasons, but RS rejected it. A second form got lost in the mail. The third one was cancelled for too long delays (my fault I guess). The fourth one needed about a month's time.
I am also transferring some cash from AC. That form had various errors, too, which I certainly didn't put in on their online form. They wanted to transfer ALL and "in specie", whereas it's only is a fraction from previous years and sitting there in cash (given there are no new loans and the SM is frozen). I corrected the errors on the form and have been waiting for two weeks now. Time to ask, how it is going.
Thoroughly check the forms you get sent and keep them bothered with enquiries is what I learnt.

Same here. Definitely HL telling porkies. Penalty of 1% on sum outstanding after 30 days would fix it. That would grease HL’s sclerotic wheels. It’s very clear what they do - put transfer requests to the bottom of the “to do list”. And keep them there cos there’s no penalty.

I can't remember what the Vanguard transfer in form looked like, but I definitely requested a transfer as cash and said the estimated value was £1000. I had £1000 in cash in my account, so God knows why they sold my entire ISA holdings.

Over a month all told and the 3 transfers sent on paper via Goji have finally completed, cash moved some time ago (history paperwork) processed today and money available on new platforms. My blame would lie with Goji as why would Paragon send the money and not the paperwork ? Sent Loanpad a form on 21st May to get the remaining funds out of Paragon and already completed today, essentially four days ignoring last weekend !
