Have I missed something in the credit report ? I don't see anything about secured/agreed FIT rates and required commissioning dates etc. which is normally in there. I just see comments about 'current' FIT rates. Has income and LTV been projected based on an unsecured FIT rate ?

The builder has until 30/Sep/15 to qualify for the rate.

This loan has vanished from the platform, despite apparently drawing down yesterday. I can see my 'Current Total Lent' has gone up but i can't see the loan units in 'Your loans'. Weird.

Yes - it's gone. All details about setting your target now do not show on the page. As far as I can see it has not been drawn down so none of us has any of it yet. Your current loans must have gone up by buying something else.

Have you looked at your MLIA transactions statement, or did you already have a shadow bid on with money in Pembrokeshire WT? The statement will show where your cash has gone. I only had a target on the loan, and I haven't got (or been allocated any by MLIA).
ed. I think they've gone home for Christmas now, so there won't be anyone in the office to jog the website if that has stalled.
ed. I had four transactions on Midlands Engineering yesterday to make my total loans go up, but nothing else except shrapnel.

All
Not gone home for Christmas yet!
This has required a manual intervention from IT to pay out (it straddled the change in website which has caused a few issues). Should be sorted today.

I had a settled bid on the loan. There is no entry relating to this loan since my bid was settled (on Friday).

Yes 'all gone' the cash landed back in MLIA yesterday afternoon. Looks like it has been cancelled after shadows were called in then, but that doesn't explain where bg's money is lurking. ed. Ah!!! Good morning David!!

AC promised that wouldn't happen on shadows drawdowns even if you hadn't preset* your target ... no one pays a shadow bid in order to sell up on drawdown.
* I did anyway to be doubly sure .. flaky IT crossover from old platform etc.

... no one pays a shadow bid in order to sell up on drawdown. They do if their target holding in the loan has changed between making the funding commitment and the loan actually drawing down. With several weeks, that's plenty of time to change one's mind. In particular, as the new site has allowed me to gain exposure to a wider range of loans, I've reduced my per-loan target across the board more than once, and by co-incidence, the amount of the shadow bid I settled for this exactly equals the amount it will try to sell on drawdown (I also had a regular bid). Edit: I see this has now fully drawn down, and there remain "plenty" of loan units available on the aftermarket for those who didn't get bids in on the old site, or arrange to have a funded target at the moment the initial sales occurred.
