Overnight payments are usually in by now (6am) - these have suffered in previous bank holidays - I hope this isn't FC shut down till after New Year :-( Jack P

What did I say in my post about payments into my account? Looks like Fumbling Circus have already shut down for a Christmas break. Are any other function not working? Wonder if the auctions will run OK today?

Wonder if the auctions will run OK today? When I place a bid the confirmation doesn't slide on and the numbers don't update until I refresh the screen.

Logging in to FC today seems more difficult than it is for the other FC to get down my blocked chimney.

Latest from the FC web site
Investors may notice an increase in the number of ‘Processing’ loan parts over the Christmas and New Year period, due to the number of bank holidays. These delays will resolve after the Christmas and New Year period, once payments have been processed and distributed.

Doesn't look promising.

It's started! Fungal Citrus presented me with 15 pages of "Processing" this morning.

I have just checked my account and nothing has been credited for at least 2 days.
And the SM has nothing to offer me for £4.17.
Oh well, back to the port.

Welcome, Mostly. The port ran out here, but there is still mulled wine (and an inch or two of snow) so we can likely survive until the new year. Might well be 5th or 6th until Funding Circus gets back to what passes for normal, so your PC can probably have a well earned break... IIRC last year Xmas doldrums ran for a lot of January, then things went mad and cashback had to be offered to temp new lenders in.

My cash total is now £4.77, up 60 pence on the day, which is somewhat less than I was expecting...
At this rate of increase I will not be able to buy anything until mid-January!
Worryingly, even my theoretical total has slowed to a halt.

Have a look in the 'loan parts late and processing' stack and see where it has gone. Funny Closets don't really understand (or maybe 'don't understand how to implement') atomic transactions, so it is quite possible for money to vanish from 'coming soon' (accrued) without actually showing up in 'arrived' (cash balance) until some time afterwards. There is a twilight zone somewhere in which money (or debits, even) can lurk for some considerable time, before the reconciliation squad normalises reality again. Nothing to panic about, nothnhgshhs caaaaaaaaan growogn ...

Actually, I thought that FC no longer showed accrued interest on loans if they become late with their payment (because it's no longer safe to assume you'll get the interest?). Certainly my accrued balance has gone down (a few pence) over the last few days where repayments haven't been happening, and seems to have gone up again this morning (where I can see a bunch of repayments going into the account - although whether they were due today or will clear the backlog I haven't yet seen).
