Hi,

Holbeck Haus was a frustrating project for us for many reasons. Thankfully we managed to navigate our way across the line. We do appreciate the patience our investors had with us, and there are a couple of things we have implemented to reduce the risk of this happening. I think the best thing we have done is that on some new projects we will be paying out the return during the course of the investment period rather than in one lump sum at the end. This will hopefully mean that if there are delays at least our investors will have been something rather than just patiently waiting. We also felt that our recourse options against the developer were limited, from now on we will be implementing Personal guarantees and significant penalties for late payments by the developer.
