Yes, a nine month eviction ban extension is preposterous. There's already been extension after extension after extension.

I have friends who are property owners and they tell me their tenants are taking the mickey by not making rent payments because they know they can't be evicted.

This will affect a fair number of P2P loans to commercial property owners that are in arrears or have defaulted.

Unfortunately this is what happens when you a society moving towards a socialist construct and anybody who is a landlord is instinctively despised and hated.
